My goal of going to sleep before 12 and waking up right away with the kids was going good for a while, but I am now at a bedtime of 12:30 and letting the kids jump around on my bed for about a half an hour before I wake up... so better than before, but not exactly what I was aiming for.
My new goal is to go with the flow a bit more. I tend to look at my list of things to do a bit too much instead of doing what makes sense in the moment.
