Three days ago, I decided I was going to have one goal per month (flylady style) that I didn't budge on. I want to do this goal 100% for the entire month and hopefully... continue to do well in that goal as a habit. I got my MAY start a little late, but I don't care!! It doesn't have to be the 1st of the month to start a new good habit :) So three days ago, I started going to bed before midnight and waking up with the kids every morning. I was getting into the bad habit of sleeping in because my spouse is an early bird and automatically started waking with the kids every day he is home, which is quite a bit since he works on the rigs. I am proud of myself!! I really got into a backwards routine, which made me feel terrible about myself as a mother. I will now refuse to beat myself up for all the areas I am not doing well and I will focus on the areas where I am making positive, and hopefully permanent changes!! Wish me luck!!
